1. Email or fill the form with your project idea in as much detail as possible (manuscript, sketches, summary, key highlights, journal, deadline, etc).

2. Indicate whether a virtual meeting is desired, and offer three times that fit your schedule. A virtual meeting is highly recommended, but not required. Details of the project and preliminary ideas are often better discussed in person.

3. Your email will be processed and responded to in 24-48 hours. Our response will include an ETA, estimated price, and an invitation to a virtual meeting if desired.

4. Once the project details have been arranged, an invoice will be sent to you. You can decide to pay upfront or after product delivery. Contracts will be drafted only for payments after product completion.

5. After review, revisions, and delivery of the final product, you’ll have a digital image to call your own!

• Expect the first draft in 3-5 days after the contract is signed.

• Depending on the revisions requested, revisions may take 1-2 days after requested.

• There is an extra fee for rush orders requesting a final revised product in 2-3 days

This is completely up to you. Some have an idea of what they want to see in their final design, and others relinquish complete creative freedom to me.

The price includes the copyright freedoms to use the final image however you wish, as long as it is not for profit.
